A BASE is no ordinary home. The minute you step inside, you feel the difference. Our quest for quality means more comfort for you.
Our apartments and duplexes have sleek and modern kitchens, complete with solid worktops and integrated appliances. Discover quality living space, with light and spacious living rooms, floor to ceiling windows, dressed for privacy with high quality blinds. You’ll find spacious bedrooms including bespoke fitted wardrobes in all. Even in the 3rd bedroom has a double bed. And just so you know, all BaseLiving bedrooms have a double bed. No singles here! We leave that for speed dating! Finally, the bathrooms. These are all contemporary and have been fitted with porcelain tiling throughout.

At BaseLiving, we undertake a lot of research before we decide to build a new Base in a new location.
The area is so well connected with public transport, including Adamstown Train Station less than a 10-minute walk down the avenue and a well serviced public bus network. You can get to where you need to in no time. If driving is your thing, private parking is available. Just ask our agents. Thinking of going electric? EV charging points are available too!
