A BASE is no ordinary home. The minute you step inside, you feel the difference. Our quest for quality means more comfort for you.
Like all our Base locations, we worked really hard to get the designs and layouts of our homes to appeal to the modern living and working day expectations. Large family living areas and maxed out kitchens. Fully fitted appliances of course. Ample dining areas and in most instances a large kitchen island. This we felt comes in handy for a breakfast on the go or a chat over a coffee.
Large bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes. And great storage! Somewhere to put the Christmas tree and suitcases!

At BaseLiving, we undertake a lot of research before we decide to build a new Base in a new location.
The first thing that got us buzzing when we saw the plans for Shackleton and its surrounding areas, was the outside amenity and recreation facilities. At BaseLiving, we love to get outdoors and Airlie Park, Tandy Lane Park and the wonderful Finnstown House, which is a 17th Century Castle, ticked all those boxes for us.
Like some, if you’re more of a sports enthusiast, look no further. Airlie Park is more than just a park, it’s a sporting mecca. Sitting at approximately 11 hectares, it will sit somewhat centre stage in Adamstown. Sporting facilities will include a full-size GAA pitch, all-weather pitch, a full-size cricket ground, cricket practice areas, tennis courts and changing facilities, equipment storage and a coffee dock.
